Riverside County Public Health Officer, Dr. Cameron Kaiser, has amended his previous order, extending the school closure date through June 19, 2020. In a news conference yesterday afternoon, Governor Gavin Newsom announced California schools should prepare to remain closed through the end of the school year. He emphasized that while schools would be physically closed, distance learning will continue.
