Due to our current school closures related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) Facilities Department has made the decision to change our office staffing and operational hours. The PUHSD Facilities Department will be open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will be closed on Friday’s, through our closure period.
Developer Fees will be processed and collected Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Walk in service will be available during the times listed. You can also email our Facilities Staff to schedule an appointment. When emailing our office, please include both Arrow and Xochitl to ensure a quick response as office staff will be alternating work days.
The Facilities Department is responsible for the planning and construction of all schools and ancillary facilities within the Perris Union High School District.
The Facilities Department is charged with developing district projects, through short and long term facilities planning. Facilities works collaboratively with selected architects, engineers, and consultants to develop detailed plans and specifications which meet the highest safety standards for school facilities. Facilities works with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure that all mandated guidelines and specifications are being met and complied with during our capital improvements. Our facilities department works closely with district staff to ensure construction activities are conducted in a manner in which all students and staff are safe and minimally impacted during construction activities, which might be occurring at our district sites.
Facilities strives to work collaboratively and efficiently in all activities related to facilities planning and construction in our district. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to all staff, parents, and community members, that require our services.
In addition to facilities planning and construction, PUHSD Facilities manages the collection of developer fees for construction activities that occur within our District boundaries. These fees are collected by appointment only. Please call 951-943-6369 ext. 80276 to schedule an appointment.
Contractor Pre Qualification
All contractors wishing to bid on a PUHSD project must be prequalified per AB 1565. To become pre-qualified, applications must be submitted to PQBids.com. PQBids is an easy to use web-based application that streamlines the pre-qualification process. PQ Bids is accessible via the below link:
