Open Enrollment Materials


  • Make changes to your benefit plans
  • Add/remove dependents
  • Make changes to beneficiaries
  • All benefit elections will be effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020
  • If you are not making changes, you do not need to login to BenefitBridge
  • Deadline to complete enrollment is Friday, May 31, 2019 at 4:00 p.m

American Fidelity

  • Representatives will be visiting each site during open enrollment
  • SECTION 125 FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS do not roll-over year to year - you must meet with a representative to continue

Cash Option

  • The Duplicate Medical Coverage form must be submitted during each open enrollment and is emailed to employees currently enrolled

New This Year

  • PSEA/Management/Confidential/Board - Delta PPO dental added a $1,500 allowance toward the cost of an implant
  • All employee groups have access to Anthem dental which includes implant coverage in the $2,000 annual maximum

Plan Name Changes

For consistency and to differentiate HMO plans with deductibles, a few medical plans have been renamed. There are no benefit changes to these plans:

  • Anthem HMO40 will be renamed Anthem DHMO40 (D for deductible / 40 for the co-pay)
  • Kaiser High will be renamed Kaiser HMO20 (20 is the copay)
  • Kaiser Low will be renamed Kaiser DHMO500 (D for deductible / $500 for the amount of the deductible)
